Day 28- Something the Stresses You Out!

A few things:
  • Running Late or other people being late
  • Being stuck in traffic or behind a terrible driver
  • Having a "To Do" List and not being able to finish it (I literally won't allow myself to relax and turn my brain off until it is all done- thus my anxiety during wedding planning b/c there is ALWAYS something to be done haha!)
  • Anything that is not planned or organized (I am Type A)
  • Having plans every single night of the week and no "down" time
