My (Early) Birthday Party

Since we will be gone on my birthday this year, we celebrated early with the Misegades/ Isaac clan yesterday afternoon.  We had my favorite - yellow cake with chocolate icing - and pink champagne! The celebrating was full of laughs (like when the sparkler candles wouldn't blow out), presents, and beautiful homemade cards. :) Shout out to Katy (I love my dress and will be wearing it on our trip) and Morgan (So sneaky sending my Mom with bday goodies! ALL of which I loved, especially my cute apron)  I also got some shopping money for our trip that I cannot wait to spend! Here are a few pictures and a short video from our afternoon. 

















Today we are cleaning/ doing laundry/ packing/ getting last minute details ready for our trip... we leave EARLY tomorrow morning to drive to Bordeaux!  You can read our trip itinerary here.  I will most likely be pretty quiet on the blog over the next week, but I can't wait to tell you all about our adventures!
